Discount codes must be presented at checkout to be valid. Discount codes are not valid on previous purchases. Only one discount per customer per transaction. Store credits cannot be combined with discounts.
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know! First check your shipping confirmation and check that you entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number. We'll see what can be done.
Once shipped, Feel Good Now is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.
If an issue arises, please be sure to contact your local post office office for information on your parcel. Tracking will be emailed if you have provided an email address at checkout and through Paypal. Unfortunately, we cannot email tracking information if not presented at the time of checkout.
Please contact your local post office regarding any issues after the order has been shipped. Any lost or damaged packages are up to the buyer/customer to file a claim with the post office.
The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a flawed item. If your order arrives to you flawed, please notify us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the delivery date as shown on shipment tracking with a photo of the damaged item and we will send a replacement your way.
If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first please check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart and on your purchase receipt. Please be a responsible buyer and check the size details in the product description before purchasing.
Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. If that is what you find, please let us know by email to email@example.com and we'll get it sorted out.
While we do not offer returns, exchanges can be made within 7 days of the delivery date as shown on shipment tracking (no exceptions). Customer is responsible for shipment costs of the return of the item to be exchanged. Once we receive your item in original and unused condition, we will offer a shop credit of the dollar amount the item was purchased for. Discounts or promotions used with the original purchase do not transfer to the new purchase. Please note, after receiving the item back, exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days to be processed. You may expedite the exchange process by providing us proof of your return shipment via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
